Since 1994, Stratford Building Corporation has been helping builders, dealers and developers throughout the Northwestern U.S. and Western Canada simplify their operations with a unique and efficient approach to sub-trade services. Our trades people work in a climate-controlled environment to maximize efficiencies and minimize waste and delays. Custom homes are built “off-site” to the homebuilder’s specifications and are delivered in modules to the job site where they are typically set in one day and finished by the builder in only a few weeks.
The modules are over 80% complete when they arrive including interior and exterior finishes such as siding, doors, windows, flooring and cabinets with most electrical and plumbing fixtures installed. This dramatically simplifies the builder’s project oversight responsibilities and eliminates most of the related hassles. Stratford has utilized this proven process in over 1,100 IBC compliant, residential, multi-family and light commercial projects throughout the Northwestern U.S. and Western Canada.
Stratford's operations are located on a 20 acre tract in Rathdrum, ID. The physical plant consists of a 44,000 Sq. Ft. manufacturing building, 5,000 Sq. Ft. warehouse and a 3,000 Sq. Ft. paint/finish operation. Additionally, there is a 3,500 Sq. Ft. administrative building.
